I'm recently retired from Portland State University and now devote my time to research (along with painting, drawing, gardening, etc.). My work is on early modern sexuality, and I'm currently engaged in several projects on same-sex desire. I started P.O.E.M.S. to encourage connections between Portland area early modern scholars. Then the Covid pandemic hit. I hope that as this crisis passes we'll be able to meet up for events and socializing and develop other meaningful ways to collaborate.
